Cancellation Policy

If an appointment is cancelled at late notice, it is unlikely that this gap will be filled. With this in mind, we have a strict cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide us with at least 48 hours notice to avoid a $40 cancellation fee, payable before your next session. No Medicare or private health insurance rebate is available for unattended sessions.
